Payroll
TimeTarget at minimum will half payroll processing time when compared to manual processing. The automated and systemised process will eliminate human error in the payroll process. There is no data entry, no award interpretation required, no leave forms to process and no deciphering of handwritten timesheets.
The user processing pays in TimeTarget does not need to have knowledge of the award interpretation as this is done by the system. This means that when the full time payroll person is away someone can be easily trained in the process without needing to become an expert in the award, EBA or other agreement. This ensures that pays are consistent no matter who is processing typically reduces payroll errors and processing of back pays.
TimeTarget is designed to work with any payroll system that has the capacity to import award interpreted timesheets in any file format.
TimeTarget currently works with over fifty different payroll applications from a standard off the self- payroll to a fully customisable externally managed payroll solution.

Talent2 – Hosted, Managed Payroll solutions. TimeTarget can import employees, planned leave, leave balances, pay types, pay rates
HR3 – TimeTarget has a full integration with the HR3 Database, directly importing employees and leave balances.
Micropay – TimeTarget has a full integration with the Micropay Database, directly importing employees and leave balances. Micropay transaction import module is required, license obtained through Micropay.
Wage Easy - TimeTarget has a full integration with the Wage Easy Database, directly importing employees, award profile setup and leave balances.
Attaché - TimeTarget has a full integration with the Attaché Database, directly importing employees and leave balances.
MYOB – TimeTarget exports award interpreted aata and imports employee data via a flat file.
